Both “Online Registration” and “Thesis PDF Upload” must be completed before the submission deadline (12:00 PM (noon) on Monday, June 23). Late submissions will not be accepted.

II. Scope of Thesis Submissions
The scope of thesis submissions should be categorized in three major aspects: AI Application Domains, Applied AI Technologies, and the Impact of AI Applications.
Participants must select one attribute from each aspects that best aligns with their thesis during registration.

III. Eligibility
1.Open to graduates (including students with jobs) of all universities and colleges, regardless of nationality, who have obtained or will obtain a master’s or doctoral degree within the eligibility period.
2.Participants must have completed their thesis defense between February 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025, and not previously participated in the TSC Thesis Award (regardless of whether they won an award).
3.Students who have completed their thesis defense but have not yet officially graduated due to continuing coursework, study abroad programs, or ongoing thesis revisions are still eligible to participate.
IV. Important Notices
1.Non-compliant thesis formats may be disqualified from review at the discretion of the organizer.
2.Participants are solely responsible for any copyright disputes related to their thesis. If plagiarism or infringement is confirmed, the award will be revoked, and any received prize money must be returned.
3.The online registration system will close after the submission deadline. Participants who fail to upload their PDF thesis file on time may have their eligibility revoked by the organizer.
4.The organizer reserves the right to revise the competition rules as needed without prior notice and retains the final interpretation authority over all regulations and adjustments.
5.Based on the number of submissions and the quality of theses, certain awards may be withheld, merged with other categories, or increased at the organizer’s discretion.
6.Winners who cannot attend the award ceremony will receive an electronic certificate only. Printed certificates will not be mailed, so please take note.

1.Ensure email accuracy to receive the account activation link. 2.Provide correct contact details (phone number and address) to receive important notifications.
(3) Receive Activation Email & Log In
1.Use the provided credential to log in to the Participant Portal on the competition website. 2.Before the submission deadline, participants can update their registration details and the thesis file within the portal.
(4) Thesis Formatting Requirements
1.Content Format: Follow the official thesis format template (Format of the Paper). 2.Anonymization: The thesis must not include the university name, professor’s name, participant’s name, logos, or institutional emblems (including in surveys). 3.Page Limit: Maximum 30 pages (including references and appendices, but excluding the cover page). ※Theses exceeding the page limit will not be reviewed. ※Participants should submit a condensed version of their thesis, modifying content as needed.
(5) Upload Thesis PDF
Before the deadline, upload the thesis file in PDF format via the Participant Portal.
※ The Thesis ID serves as a reference for future inquiries. Participants are advised to keep a record of it.
