台灣管理學會於因舉辦崇越論文大賞、該論文大賞所附帶舉辦之AI人才博覽會、及台灣管理學會相關活動之需要，而需獲取您（包括參賽學生與指導教授）下列個人資料聯絡方式（姓名、性別、電話、電子信箱、聯絡地址、學校名稱、現職稱謂等），或其他得以直接或間接識別個人之資料。

二、個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式
除涉及國際業務或活動外，您的個人資料僅供台灣管理學會於中華民國領域、在前述蒐集目的之必要範圍內，以合理方式利用至特定目的消失為止。

三、當事人權利

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, Taiwan Management Institute hereby informs you of the following matters before collecting your personal data. Please read carefully.

1. Purpose and Categories of Data Collection
Taiwan Management Institute will collect your personal data (including that of participating students and their advising professors) for purposes related to the TSC Thesis Award, the accompanying AI Talent Expo, and other related activities hosted by the Taiwan Management Institute. The data collected includes contact information such as name, gender, phone number, email address, mailing address, university name, current title/position, and other information that may directly or indirectly identify an individual.

2. Duration, Area, Recipients, and Method of Use
Unless involved in international affairs or activities, your personal data will only be used within the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan) by the Taiwan Management Institute. It will be used in a reasonable manner and only within the necessary scope of the aforementioned purposes, until such purposes cease to exist.

3. Rights of the Data Subject
